Not everyone needs the same level of care. Some people need a weekly therapy appointment. Others need structured daily support while they stabilize. Nevada Recovery Collective is built around that reality — offering a full range of virtual mental health services so adults across Nevada can access exactly the level of care they need, without leaving home.
NRC serves Nevada adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, OCD, and co-occurring mental health conditions. All programs — individual therapy, IOP, and PHP — are delivered over secure video, statewide across Nevada.
Whether you need weekly therapy, structured intensive support, or something in between, NRC’s clinical team identifies the right level of care and builds a treatment plan around your schedule.
All levels are delivered over secure video, statewide. Your intake clinician determines the appropriate level during a brief assessment call — no commitment required upfront.
Individual therapy and psychiatric medication management — available as standalone care or as the foundation of a higher level of treatment.
- Individual Therapy — One-on-one sessions with a licensed therapist using evidence-based approaches: CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
- Psychiatry & Medication Management — Psychiatric evaluation and ongoing medication management with a licensed provider, delivered through secure video.
Best for: adults who need professional mental health support but do not currently require the structure of an IOP or PHP program.
For adults who need more than weekly therapy but do not require hospitalization. NRC’s Virtual IOP delivers nine or more hours of structured care per week — entirely online.
- Weekly group therapy sessions
- Individual therapy with a licensed clinician
- Psychiatric support and medication management
- Skills curriculum (CBT, DBT, coping strategies)
- Scheduling built around work and family obligations
Best for: adults with moderate to severe symptoms that have not responded adequately to standard outpatient therapy.

Conditions NRC Treats
- Depression — persistent low mood or symptoms not adequately addressed by standard outpatient care
- Anxiety disorders — generalized anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, and related presentations
- Trauma and PTSD — complex trauma, acute PTSD, and trauma-related symptoms requiring structured support
- Bipolar disorder — mood episodes and cycling that benefit from intensive structure and consistent clinical contact
- OCD — obsessive-compulsive symptoms requiring evidence-based treatment beyond weekly therapy
- Psychosis and schizophrenia — stabilized psychotic symptoms that benefit from structured support and monitoring
- Co-occurring conditions — multiple co-presenting diagnoses requiring integrated care
Not sure if NRC is the right fit? The intake team will help clarify during a brief screening call. No referral needed.
Getting Started Is Simple
The first step is a brief clinical call — not a sales pitch. A clinician reviews your current situation, any prior treatment, and what level of care is appropriate. If NRC isn’t the right fit, the team will say so directly.
Once your level of care is confirmed, the team coordinates scheduling, verifies insurance, and walks you through intake. Most people begin care within a few days of first contact. Call (844) 493-8144 or reach out here.
