Our Programs
Three levels of virtual mental health care — available statewide across Nevada.
Therapy & Psychiatry
Individual therapy and psychiatric medication management — the foundation of NRC’s clinical care. Available standalone or as part of IOP and PHP.
Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
Nine or more hours of structured care per week — group sessions, individual therapy, and psychiatric support — entirely online, built around your schedule.
Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
Twenty or more hours of structured care per week for adults stepping down from inpatient care or needing more than IOP provides. Fully virtual.
What Is Virtual Mental Health IOP?
IOP is designed for people who need more than a weekly therapy appointment but don’t need inpatient-level care. Research shows telehealth IOP produces clinical outcomes comparable to in-person programs for both anxiety and depression.
That means you can get intensive, evidence-based care from your living room, your office, or wherever you have a private space and an internet connection.

Nevada’s Modern Approach to Recovery

Trauma and PTSD
Your Job. Your Family. Your Treatment. All at Once.
Virtual IOP means intensive mental health treatment from home, on a schedule structured around your week. You log on. You do the work. And your life keeps moving.
Sessions happen on your screen. No parking lot. No lobby. No one sees you walk in. Privacy that in-person treatment cannot match.
Sessions are scheduled around work and family commitments, with flexible scheduling including evening sessions. The program fits your life, not the other way around.
Virtual IOP is not just video calls with a therapist. It’s a structured, multi-session-per-week program with group therapy, individual therapy, and between-session support — the same clinical rigor as in-person care, delivered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
Why Nevada Recovery Collective
Virtual-Only by Design
This isn't a clinic that added a Zoom option. Virtual IOP is the entire program — every piece of it designed for the virtual format from day one.
Evidence-Based Treatment
Every technique in the program has been tested, studied, and proven effective. Cognitive-behavioral therapy. Dialectical behavior therapy. Trauma-informed care.
Common Questions
A virtual IOP is a structured mental health treatment program delivered online. It includes multiple therapy sessions per week — both group and individual — and is designed for people who need more support than weekly therapy but don’t require inpatient care. You attend from home using a secure video platform.
Yes. Research has found that virtual IOP produces clinical outcomes comparable to in-person programs. A 2021 study found no significant differences in anxiety or depression outcomes between telehealth and in-person IOP. The format changes. The clinical work doesn’t.
That’s the design. Sessions are scheduled around work and family commitments, with flexible scheduling including evening sessions. You don’t need to take leave or rearrange your entire life to get treatment.
Adults in Nevada dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, psychosis or thought disorders, or co-occurring mental health conditions. It’s also for people stepping down from inpatient care who need continued structure, and for anyone who needs more than weekly therapy but doesn’t need hospitalization.
