Nevada Recovery Collective was built by clinicians who asked a simple question: why is it still so hard to get real help?

From clinical leadership to the intake process, every person involved in NRC’s program is here because they believe quality mental health care should be accessible — not aspirational. The team is built around one standard: would we send a family member here? If the answer isn’t yes, it isn’t good enough.

Jack Foley, LMFT — Founder and Clinical Director

Eleven years ago, I was on the other side of this. I know what it feels like to need help, to finally accept it, and to have the right care change everything.

My recovery didn’t happen by accident. It happened because I had access to high-quality treatment and the kind of support that held me together while I figured out how to hold myself together. That experience didn’t just change my life. It gave it direction.

Shortly after completing treatment, I went back to school, earned my bachelor’s in psychology, then my master’s in clinical psychology, and built a career around the thing that saved me: connecting people with the right care at the right time, and staying with them through it.

I built Nevada Recovery Collective because I believe everyone deserves what I was fortunate enough to receive. Not a referral to a website. Not a phone number to call alone at 2am. Real, structured, clinical support — delivered in a way that fits your life.

If you’re reading this, you’re probably trying to figure out what to do next. We’re here to help you figure that out.

Clinical Leadership

Jack serves as Founder and Clinical Director. That means he is involved in clinical decisions — not as an administrator, but as the clinician who built this program and holds it to a personal standard.

NRC’s clinical leadership is responsible for:

  • Designing and maintaining the clinical model
  • Supervising licensed therapists and psychiatric providers
  • Ensuring every level of care — therapy, IOP, PHP — meets the same clinical standard
  • Staying involved in the cases that need it most

Clinical and Support Team

Licensed Therapists

NRC’s therapists are Nevada-licensed and specialize in evidence-based approaches: CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. Small caseloads. Individual sessions. Group facilitation built around clinical skill, not volume.

Psychiatric Providers

Psychiatric evaluation and medication management are delivered by licensed providers over secure video. Clinical decisions — not formulaic prescribing.

Care Coordination

From intake through discharge, NRC’s care coordinators ensure scheduling, insurance, and logistics never become a barrier to care.

A Collective Approach to Care

Every member of the NRC team understands that no two mental health journeys are the same. We take time to learn each client’s history, goals, and what hasn’t worked before. That understanding shapes every treatment plan we build — clinically sound, personally meaningful, and designed to fit your real life.

Our team is committed to:

  • Delivering evidence-based virtual IOP for adults in Nevada
  • Supporting clients managing depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, OCD, and psychosis
  • Matching clinical intensity to where each person actually is
  • Building toward sustainable mental wellness — not just short-term symptom relief

Why Clinical Expertise Matters

Mental health care works best when your treatment team has direct, specialized experience with what you’re navigating — not just a general familiarity with it. NRC was built by clinicians with deep expertise in the presentations most programs refer out: complex mood disorders, trauma, and psychosis.

Having the right team behind your care means fewer handoffs, fewer dead ends, and a treatment plan built by people who genuinely understand what you’re dealing with.
